职位描述
Position: Business Development Manager –CRM Department: Sales
Report to: Director of Sales and Marketing China and MEA
Primary Functions (or Position Summary)
Business Development Manager for the assigned Division with respect to all business issues in the Asia Pacific region. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing of China and MEA.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Work closely with the sales team to:
u Develop the business for the related market
u Produce short and long term business plans and forecasts
• Work with different function department for new project management to launch new products in target date
• Work with procurement and facilitate the cost reduction project
• Coordinate efforts among sales, production and technology center to achieve business goals
• Work with Finance, technology center and procurement to get the new product cost completed and fix the price for quotation
• Receive customers’ feedback and get resources to solve customer issues.
• Analyze the trend of industry and recommend new business and product opportunities at the customers.

Normal Minimum Position Requirements
Education Bachelor’s degree in technical curriculum. MBA preferred but not required
Experience Minimum of two years operations experience in manufacturing environment; Project management knowledge and experience;
Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, marketing or sales;
Others Good communication skills;
Solid analytical skills;
Customer focused and result oriented;
Fluent in English;
Computer software to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Project utilizing a Personal computer, laptop computer, calculator.
