职位描述
岗位职责 – JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1. 制定优化生产力的战略计划。
Develop a strategic plan for optimized productivity.
2. 负责日常业务和长期增长战略的执行。 指导并实施短期目标, 如高效、 高质量、 低客户和消费者投诉、 准时交货、 良好的安全记录、 成本控制、 毛利率管理和良好的员工关系。
Responsible for day to day business and long-term strategies execution for growth. Directs and implementsshort-term goals such as high efficiencies, high quality, low customer and consumer complaints, on-timedeliveries, excellent safety records, cost control, gross margin management, and excellent human relations.
3. 制定、 实施和维护预算和资源分配计划。
Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
4. 通过确保引入满足成本、 质量、 客户、 安全和安保要求的新设备和系统来管理业务,使其与业务增长保持一致。
Manages the Business in line with business growth by ensuring the introduction of new equipment and systemsthat meet cost, quality, customer, safety, and security requirements.
5. 管理生产和设备维护、 质量、 EHS、 供应链、 生产计划和采购、 工艺和项目工程职能。
Manages subordinates in production and maintenance, quality, EHS, supply chain, production planning andpurchasing, process and project engineering functions.
6. 管理下属在财务、 人力资源、 信息技术职能方面的日常活动。
Manages subordinates day to day activities in finance, human resources, information technology functions.
7. 指导销售和产品开发资源, 特别是日常任务和新产品或改进产品, 以确保满足或超过客户和消费者的要求。
Directs sales and product development resources, particularly on daily tasks and new or improved products, toensure customer and consumer requirements are met or exceeded.
8. 定义、 制定、 组织、 监督和协调整个组织的问题解决活动计划。
Defines, develops, organizes, supervises, and coordinates plans for problem solving activities of the entireorganization.
9. 遵守必要的合规要求。
Follow necessary compliance requirements.
10. 协助投资方了解新产品、 业务和/或行业的发展和趋势。
Assists ownership apprised of new product, business, and/or industry developments and trends.
11. 根据需要委派的其他任务。
Other assignments as needed.岗位要求 – JOB REQUIREMENTS :
1. 至少十年制造经验。
Minimum of ten years experience in manufacturing.
2. 至少 15 年运营管理经验。
Minimum of 15 years operations management experience.
3. 较强的商业意识和决策能力。
Strong business sense and decision-making ability.
4. 优秀的沟通、 协作技巧。 良好的中英文沟通能力。 懂越南语、 在越南居住或工作的经历者优先。
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at English and Mandarin. Vietnamese is a plus. Livingor working in Vietnam is a plus.

职位福利
5万RMB/月,优秀者可放宽(50,000 RMB/month, negotiable for outstanding candidates.)
