职位描述
1、 Lead two team member to reach the budget (Volume and profit)
领导2个团队成员达到业绩（销售量&销售利润）
2、 Help team to get resource(Internal&external) and extend business relationship with key customers(Tier-1 and OEM)
帮助团队获得资源（内部&外部），以及与关键客户（(Tier-1 and OEM)拓展业务关系
3、 Communicate with global team
负责与总部的团队沟通
4、Overdue control, forecase/budget and LRP..
过期控制，预测/预算和长期计划
领导2个团队成员达到业绩（销售量&销售利润）

2、 >= 5 Years sales experience in Automotive Inteirors (IP/DP), techncial background is plus
5年以上在汽车内饰行业（仪表板/车门板）销售工作经验，及技术背景
3、 Have relationship with top tier-1s or Carmakers.
与汽车一级供应商或汽车制造商有良好的关系
