1. Responsible for online/on-site training for agents, including training on products, installation and implementation, handling of after-sales issues, robot usage, and other related functions

2. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and providing technical support to customers, including remote guidance or on-site resolution of customer after-sales issues or needs, in order to enhance customer satisfaction

3. Accompany sales personnel to visit customers on-site and provide on-site technical support; independently travel to the site to conduct installation and implementation training for agents, provide training on disassembly and assembly, conduct technical exchanges, and handle installation and after-sales services

4. Continuously track product usage and improve customer product utilization rate

5. Provide technical support for the promotion of the company's new products. This includes demonstrating the functions of the new products, setting up a demonstration platform, and assisting sales engineers in technical exchanges with customers

6. Responsible for writing relevant technical documents, including configuration plans, implementation plans, troubleshooting manuals, etc., and translating them into local languages

7. Continuously track the quality status of products and continuously propose technical improvement suggestions

Job requirements

1. With 1-3 years of work experience, a bachelor's degree or above, proficiency in local languages (Swedish & English), and prior experience working in Sweden as a base are preferred

2. With a background in science and engineering, candidates with relevant work experience in the robotics industry are preferred

3. Hardworking, proactive, with good affinity and team spirit, relevant experience in after-sales team management is preferred

4. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, strong execution ability, and able to adapt to frequent business trips or stationing

5. Have a passion for the robotics industry, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and be filled with enthusiasm for work
