Main Responsibilities
Full-process recruitment execution:
1. Responsible for the complete recruitment process of full-function positions in overseas subsidiaries, spanning from research and development, production, quality, operations to sales and marketing, including job demand analysis, job posting, proactive candidate search, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
2. Skillfully utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, local recruitment websites, and industry connections to establish a talent pool.
Recruitment collaboration and optimization:
1. Work closely with department managers of overseas subsidiaries and HR at headquarters to gain a deep understanding of business needs and provide targeted recruitment solutions.
2. Participate in optimizing the overseas recruitment process to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Candidate relationship management: Responsible for candidate communication and management throughout the recruitment cycle, shaping the company's professional employer brand image in the international talent market.
Cross-cultural communication: Serve as the primary recruitment liaison between the headquarters and overseas teams, ensuring smooth information flow and efficient collaboration.
Qualification requirements
Experience and industry background:
Possess over 3 years of overseas recruitment experience, with successful cases of recruiting for overseas offices in the United States, Europe (prior experience in Italy is preferred), or Asia (at least one of India, Japan, or South Korea).
Possess recruitment experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life science-related industries. Have a profound understanding of the responsibilities and skill requirements for positions such as research and development, production, operations, and sales. Prior experience working or recruiting in an integrated research, production, and sales enterprise is preferred.
Be familiar with the labor laws and recruitment market practices of at least one country among the United States, Italy, India, Japan, or South Korea.
Educational background and language: Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language, and capable of communicating both in written and oral forms without barriers.
Skills and abilities:
Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, able to adapt to a multicultural work environment.
Proficient in structured interviewing and salary negotiation techniques, with a strong sense of delivering results.
Highly self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple recruitment positions.
