Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the work of the Human Resources and Administration Department, coordinating matters between various departments;
2. Responsible for drafting and reviewing various work plans, summaries, reports, and requests for instructions of the department, drafting the company's annual and monthly personnel work plans and summaries, and following up on the work plans and summaries submitted by various departments;
3. Responsible for managing personnel files, following up on visa matters, insurance, and internal company matters
4. Responsible for the recruitment, assessment, training, employee benefits, rewards and punishments, wages, and entertainment work of the company's employees, and complete other tasks assigned by the leaders;
5. Be responsible for the assessment of middle-level and above management personnel in the company, and propose suggestions for personnel transfers and promotions to the supervisory leaders.
Qualification:
1. Those with HR experience, management experience, and HRBP are preferred
At least 2.5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager, with relevant industry experience preferred
3. College degree or above in human resources, management, or related majors;
3. Familiar with the laws, regulations, and policies of the United Arab Emirates regarding contract management, salary system, employment mechanism, insurance and welfare benefits, etc;
4. Possess strong planning and execution capabilities
5. Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
