Main Responsibilities

1. Design and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits plan that ensures it is competitive, cost-effective, and aligns with industry standards and company goals.

2. Conduct job evaluation and market analysis to determine the reasonable salary range and benefit package for each position within the company.

3. Develop and manage the annual salary review process, including coordinating with department managers to ensure accurate and timely salary adjustments.

4. Manage the implementation of employee benefit plans, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.

5. Continuously monitor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, as well as industry trends, to ensure that all operations comply with legal requirements.

6. Regularly audit and analyze the compensation and benefits plan, assess its effectiveness, and propose improvement suggestions.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including human resources, finance, and legal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of initiatives related to compensation and benefits.

8. Provide guidance and support related to compensation and benefits to members of the human resources team and management personnel.

9. Assist in conducting training on compensation and benefits policies and procedures for management and employees.

10. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compensation and benefits plans.

Gain a deep understanding of the principles, practices, and development trends of compensation and benefits.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting and analyzing complex data.

Proficient in using human resource information systems and salary management software tools.

Able to adapt to changes in work priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Over five years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist or in a similar position.

Possess extensive knowledge in designing and managing compensation and benefit plans.

Possess experience in market analysis and job evaluation.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.

Those with experience in the retail industry are preferred.
