Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for coordinating daily administrative affairs on-site for overseas projects, including but not limited to managing office areas, purchasing and distributing office supplies, organizing and archiving documents (in both Chinese and English), organizing meetings, and writing meeting minutes (in bilingual Chinese and English).
2. Undertake the logistical support work for the project team, encompassing staff accommodation arrangements, catering coordination, transportation planning (such as on-site commuting and official travel vehicle scheduling), medical support coordination, etc., to enhance the team's comfort during on-site living and working.
3. Be responsible for the external administrative liaison work of the project, communicate and coordinate with local government departments, cooperative units, suppliers, etc. in both Chinese and English, handle relevant administrative licensing and filing procedures, and assist in handling cross-cultural communication matters.
4. Assist in organizing various activities for the project team (such as team building and festival activities), coordinate and solve the living difficulties of employees during their on-site stay, and maintain team cohesion.
5. Be responsible for the accounting and reimbursement processing of administrative and logistics-related expenses, prepare logistics-related reports, and ensure that expenses are compliant and controllable.
6. Complete other administrative and logistical tasks assigned by the project leader to ensure the efficient operation of the administrative and logistical system on the overseas project site.
Qualification
Aged 22-35, with a good image and temperament, strong adaptability and stress resistance, and willing to work on overseas projects for extended periods.
2. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in administrative management, English, international trade, or related fields.
3. English proficiency: Proficient in English, with fluent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of independently completing Chinese and English meeting minutes, official document writing, and cross-departmental/cross-national communication and coordination work (preferably with an English proficiency certificate or relevant language proficiency proof).
4. Experience Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant administrative and logistics experience, with preference given to those with experience in overseas projects and the petrochemical industry; familiar with administrative office procedures, and possess basic knowledge of financial reimbursement and material management.
5. Ability requirements: Possess strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail; proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); possess good service awareness and teamwork spirit, and be able to quickly adapt to overseas work environments and cultural differences.
