HRIS position: Network Engineer with 3-5 years of work experience

Core responsibilities:

Responsible for building a human resources business database and promoting data-driven business process optimization;

Develop, build, implement, and update and improve the card system of the HR platform;

Lead the design and development of AI efficiency tools, such as internal automation scripts and Agent prototype tools;

Essential skills:

Proficient in SQL, Python, Shell, Hadoop/Hive;

Possess experience in developing human resource system projects;

Familiar with common databases (Oracle/MySQL) and domestically developed databases;

Have a certain understanding of machine learning and AI frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

Good English reading and writing skills.

Bonus points:

I have experience in projects related to AI Agents, intelligent question answering, and process automation (RPA);

There are cases of self-developed AI tools/efficiency systems.
