As a human resource representative stationed at the headquarters, I focus on achieving business objectives in the Saudi Arabia region, drive organizational and cultural transformation, and assist in the efficient implementation and advancement of the headquarters' human resource strategies and business strategies.

Job responsibilities:

1. Optimize organizational structure and human resource budget, and establish a job value evaluation system;

2. Lead recruitment based on business needs, ensure timely arrival of talents and manage recruitment channels;

3. Ensure compliance with employment and resignation procedures, contracts, and social security regulations, handle labor arbitration cases, and manage special personnel;

4. Implement the "earn and spend" mechanism, manage the salary system and labor cost budget;

5. Establish a backup team, plan employee development paths, and promote project-based training.

Capability requirements:

1. Business and Communication: Strongly business-oriented, with excellent communication skills and fluent English

2. Have a deep understanding of the HRBP field, be familiar with organizational tuning and transformation scenarios; possess solid practical experience in human resources, and align with business implementation needs.
