Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Market Development: Develop and implement annual business plans and market expansion strategies for the Caribbean region, conduct in-depth analysis of regional markets, competitors, policies, and regulations, and provide a basis for company decision-making. Develop and maintain relationships with local governments, key customers, and partners.

2. Achieving sales targets: Fully responsible for regional sales performance, leading the team to achieve or even exceed the established sales targets, leading business negotiations, contract signing, and project implementation with key customers, managing the complete sales process from inquiry to payment collection, and ensuring healthy cash flow.

3. Team building and management: Fully responsible for the establishment, training, motivation, and daily management of the Jamaican subsidiary and regional teams, establishing an efficient team collaboration mechanism, and fostering a positive and proactive team culture.

4. Operations and Compliance Management: Responsible for the daily operations of the subsidiary, including the overall management of local warehouses, technical teams, and administrative affairs, ensuring that all business activities of the company in the local area comply with laws and regulations; controlling business risks and safeguarding the company's asset security

5. Cross-cultural collaboration and reporting: Serve as the core bridge between the headquarters and regional subsidiaries, ensuring smooth information flow and strategic alignment. Regularly submit detailed operational reports, financial data, and market analysis to the headquarters.

6. Brand and image building: Actively shape and maintain the company's professional brand image in the local market, plan and participate in market activities such as industry exhibitions and technical seminars, and enhance brand awareness

Job requirements:

Business development ability: Possess good market development ability, customer communication ability, and negotiation skills, and be able to independently develop overseas customers.

Industry experience: Possess at least 5 years of experience in overseas sales or market management. Candidates with experience in new energy industries such as energy storage and photovoltaics are preferred

Management experience: Possess at least 3 years of team management experience, with comprehensive management experience in overseas branches or business units preferred.

Regional experience: Possess work experience in the Caribbean, Latin America, or similar emerging markets, and be familiar with the local business environment and culture.

Language ability: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to use English as a working language, proficiency in Spanish is preferred

Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in international business, enterprise management, engineering, or related majors

Residency overseas: Able to accept residency in Latin America, with excellent stress resistance, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility
