新加坡-某智能硬件公司 招聘技术支持Technical Support
Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect and manage customer needs, develop and present solutions, and assist sales in obtaining customer orders;
2. Train customers on product technical knowledge and help them quickly familiarize themselves with product solutions;
3. Solve daily product technical issues for customers and maintain high customer satisfaction with the service;
4. Maintain customer relationships and provide support for expanding more sales business.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to science and engineering such as computer science, electronics, and communications;
2. English/Japanese can be used as working languages, with good proficiency in Chinese;
3. Possess strong comprehension and analytical skills, be sensitive to issues, and have strong resilience against pressure;
4. Possess good customer service awareness, strong communication and coordination skills, and strong ability to drive execution.
