Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for preparing human resource planning and annual personnel budgets for overseas subsidiaries.
2. Be responsible for researching the labor laws, regulations, and relevant policies of the host country, formulating personnel management systems for overseas subsidiaries, and continuously optimizing and improving personnel efficiency.
3. Responsible for recruiting members of the overseas work team and leading daily personnel management.
4. Responsible for organizing and conducting employee performance evaluations, as well as salary calculation and payment.
5. Responsible for selecting a human resources service company in the host country, establishing working relationships with the local government's labor department, and preventing and controlling labor risks.
6. Responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing comprehensive affairs, as well as handling the work tasks assigned by the personnel system of this research and development unit.
Job requirements:
1. Knowledge and experience: Bachelor's degree or above; at least 2 years of work experience, with overseas work experience preferred.
2. Foreign language proficiency: Proficient in English, and proficient in either German or Japanese.
3. Professional Skills: (1) Strong learning and research capabilities, with a high level of execution; (2) Cross-cultural communication skills, able to understand and adapt to cultural differences, and handle complex communication situations.
