[Job Responsibilities]

1. Supplier development: 1) Develop new suppliers, explore potential good supplier resources, and find material resources that meet the company's needs in the shortest possible time; 2) Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery time, and other aspects, and select suitable suppliers; 3) Understand market conditions, and be proficient in the price trends and directions of materials; 4) Record various information about suppliers and products, assist other departments in solving product-related issues, and improve various aspects of product information.

2. Supplier management: 1) Managing suppliers and reducing the company's material and procurement costs; 2) Preparing procurement reports and analyzing supplier procurement status; 3) Daily management of suppliers, selecting the best and eliminating the weak, and conducting regular supplier audits;

3. Cost control: 1) Coordinate BOM costs and propose continuous cost reduction plans; 2) Formulate and implement monthly price reduction plans, and conduct regular reviews; 3) Standardize pricing standards for certain materials;  

4. Others: Complete other relevant work tasks assigned by superiors.

[Qualifications for Employment]

1) Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in international trade, supply chain management, or business English, and at least 3 years of experience in material procurement development and supplier management for structural parts and packaging materials; 2) Proficient in relevant professional knowledge of structural/packaging materials; 3) Able to read and understand product design drawings in 3D and 2D formats; 4) Proficient in commonly used office software, ERP systems/SRM systems, and other application skills; 5) Proficient in procurement management and supplier management theories, methods, and processes; 6) Strong supplier development capabilities, optimized supplier resource library, good negotiation skills, and bargaining ability; 7) Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and proficient in Indonesian.
