[Business content]
1. Responsible for business collaboration and maintenance among various business departments of the head office, promoting professional resources and achieving sales targets (business covers areas such as cycling tourism, sake, beauty clinics, 357 sightseeing projects, hotels, etc.).
2. Follow up on customer needs, provide interpretation support, and collaborate with the team to efficiently complete the execution of business instructions.
3. Regularly conduct sales performance data analysis through various sales channels such as phone calls and visits, to help build a more diversified profit model.
4. Based on market dynamics and sales targets, independently develop brand customers; gain insight into target customer needs and industry trends, deeply understand the internal structure of customers, and research customer needs to achieve sales performance goals; promote business cooperation expansion, and be responsible for the entire process of communication, negotiation, plan formulation, and follow-up implementation. Manage customer and market information, grasp industry and competitive product development trends, maintain customer relationships, and continuously enhance customer loyalty.
[MUST]
1. Japanese conversation ability reaches N1 level.
2. At least 2 years of local sales experience in Japan (either in corporate or individual customer sales) is required.
3. Possess comprehensive sales strategy planning capabilities, data analysis skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, business negotiation skills, as well as strong planning abilities, proposal abilities, and sales techniques.
