1. Core responsibilities

1. Market development and customer management: Responsible for business expansion in the North American market, developing new customers and maintaining long-term partnerships. Analyze local market demands and develop targeted sales strategies and marketing promotion plans.

2. Financial risk control and compliance support: Utilize audit/financial background to assist in evaluating customer creditworthiness, contract risks, and transaction compliance. Collaborate with the finance team to optimize accounts receivable management and ensure fund security.

3. Business process optimization: Integrate business and financial perspectives to enhance order processing, logistics tracking, and settlement efficiency. Regularly review business data and provide sales forecasts and cost control recommendations.

4. Cross-cultural communication and coordination: Serve as a bridge between Chinese and American teams, efficiently coordinating internal resources and customer needs. Handle business negotiations and customer inquiries in cross-time zone and cross-language scenarios.

II. Job Requirements

1. Overseas master's degree or above, with a preference for majors such as finance, auditing, international trade, business English, etc.

2. Must have at least 3 years of work experience in the United States and be familiar with North American culture and business environment.

3. At least 2 years of experience in auditing/finance and foreign trade is required.

4. Excellent cross-cultural adaptability, stress resistance, and ability to solve problems independently.
