[Position] HRBP Manager of Manufacturing Center

[Salary Range] 15-25K

[Job Description] Mainly responsible for organizing, talent management, performance evaluation, motivation, and operation of the subordinate factories under the group;

1. Organizational development: Responsible for analyzing personnel efficiency, cultivating talent, building the organization, and recruiting personnel in the subordinate factories of the group;

2. Performance Incentives: Responsible for formulating performance evaluation and incentive schemes for the factory's manufacturing end, implementing evaluations, analyzing data, conducting performance interviews, etc;

3. Salary analysis: Responsible for reviewing and analyzing monthly bonuses and performance at the factory manufacturing end, with a certain degree of sensitivity to data;

4. Operational efficiency: Improve the systems, processes, and frameworks for human resources across various departments in the factory, and assist the central team in enhancing the efficiency of human resource operations;

5. Other projects: Participate in other HR project-based work according to organizational needs, and explore and optimize the implementation scenarios and methods that are most closely aligned with business.

[Job Requirements]

1. Those with experience studying in the United States, working experience in the American manufacturing industry, or holding a U.S. visa are preferred

2. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in human resources, psychology, or accounting management, and at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP in the manufacturing industry

3. English can be used as a working language
